Delivery
We offer free Standard Shipping without a minimum purchase for eligible destinations. Estimated transit is 5–8 business days after dispatch; preparation time is additional. Availability and options appear at checkout. International customers may be responsible for import charges not collected at checkout.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending any item so we can provide the correct return instructions. For preference or size returns, the customer pays return shipping; for a defective or incorrect item, we cover the reasonable return cost. No restocking fee applies.
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. We aim to inspect and initiate approved refunds within 5 business days; the bank may take longer to post the credit.
