Refund policy

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Contact us with your order number and the items you wish to return. Your statutory rights, including any applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights, remain unaffected.

Return eligibility and process

Items should be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging when available. Please do not send an item until you have contacted us: we will provide the return destination and instructions. Our business contact address below is not necessarily the return facility.

For a change of mind, fit or preference, the customer pays return shipping. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective, contact us with supporting photos; we will arrange or cover the reasonable return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds and exchanges

After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the decision and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method. We aim to inspect returns and initiate approved refunds within 5 business days of receipt. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it. Contact us if your refund has not arrived. For an exchange, contact us about availability before returning the item.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly about missing, damaged or incorrect items, with your order number and photos when appropriate, so we can resolve the issue.

Cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. We can only cancel if preparation or dispatch can still be stopped; after dispatch, the return process applies.
